After sports massage oil

Rosemary and grapefruit invigorate body and mind and promote blood circulation. These properties make the essential oils the ideal ingredient for a soothing sports massage oil. Together with arnica base oil, the ideal mixture for a nourishing massage before and after training is quickly produced.


Preparation & application

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Apply to muscles and joints before and after exercise, for example to calves, and massage gently.
