Relaxing bath for the evening
with lavender & anise
A relaxing after work-bath with lavender and anise in the evening gives you a soothing and harmonizing finish to your day. Here comes a simple do-it-yourself recipe for a relaxing spa break in your own bathtub.
Preparation & application
Mix anise oil and lavender oil in a small bowl with 2 tablespoons of sea salt or cream. Add the mixture as a bath additive when the bathtub is full with water. Always mix all ingredients first, so that the essential oils can mix properly with the bath water. Instead of sea salt or cream you can also use coconut milk.
