Soothing rub for the cold season
with white thyme & lavender
Essential oils are beneficial companions during the cold period. White Thyme is a gentle essential oil that helps to breathe deeply. Mixed with lavender in jojoba oil, white thyme is the ideal ingredient for a soothing rub during the cold season. Here comes an easy do-it-yourself recipe of aromatherapy that is also suitable for children and sensitive noses.
Ingredients
- 2 Tr. lavender
- 1 Tr. white thyme
- 1 EL jojoba oil
Preparation & application
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Gently rub the aromatic essence on chest or back to inhale the soothing scent. The gentle oils make the soothing rubs suitable for children and sensitive noses. For children use the half dose of essential oils.
