Cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The cancellation period lasts 14 days as of the date on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

You may use the included form, but this is not required.Notice of the exercise of your cancellation rights will be submitted on time if sent before the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, any payments we received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a shipping method other than the least expensive standard method offered by us) must be refunded without undue delay, at the latest, within 14 days of the date on which we received notice of your contract cancellation. Your payment will be refunded via the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for the refund. We may refuse to refund you until you return or prove that you sent the goods back to us, whichever occurs first. You must return the goods within 14 days of the date on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract. This deadline will be met if you send the goods to us within 14 days. The costs of returning the goods must be borne by you. You will only be required to compensate any loss of value of the goods if caused by treatment not necessary for inspecting their quality, characteristics or functionality.

Cancellation rights do not apply on contracts

Delivery of non-prefabricated goods whose production requires an individual selection or specification by or are clearly customized to the needs of the consumer
Delivery of goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their quality
Delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed
Performance of accommodation services for purposes that are neither residential nor the transport of goods, leasing of vehicles, delivery of food or beverages or the performance of other leisure-related services if the contract requires a specific date or period of performance, especially for scent garden tour tickets
